~Song of the Shore~
Watery hands beat the drum of sand.
The percussionist plays it's peice against anything it can touch.
The wind blows out a tune, the melody.
It's floutists lips creating each graceful, lingering note.
A dissonent harmony is sung by the gulls.
Their sharp and flat squawks singing along with the wind.

I listen to this song of the shore in silence.
The stars and moon listen to this song as well.
My friends in the sky show a shining smile in delight.
The light from their smiles brightening my own.
I lay motinlessly in the gentle cradle of cool sand.
The song of the shore is so beautiful.

I am grateful for this experience of bliss.
I am happy that there aren't any sad bells playing.
Your breeze, your wings, your waves carry me away.
My shell is now hollow among your sands.
